dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku surogátního mateřství. Tato práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na obecné poznatky týkající se surogátního mateřství, vymezuje pojmy, soustředí se na jeho rozvoj od minulosti až po současnost v České republice i ve světě. Shrnuje možnosti umělého oplodnění, indikace a právní problematiku. Teoretická část je vypracována na základě poznatků z odborné literatury, uvedené v obsahu zdrojů. Praktická část této bakalářské práce je zpracována pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu. Výzkumného šetření se účastnily dvě participantky, které donosily, porodily a poskytly dítě objednavatelskému páru k adopci. Cílem práce je zjistit jaké jsou prožitky žen, které měly zkušenost se surogátním mateřstvím v roli náhradních matek. Závěr práce shrnuje poznatky získané během výzkumného šetření a doporučení pro praxi.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of surrogate motherhood. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part focuses on general knowledge concerning surrogate motherhood, defines the concepts, focuses on its development from the past to the present in the Czech Republic and in the world. It summarizes the possibilities of artificial insemination, indications and legal issues. The theoretical part is developed on the basis of knowledge from the professional literature mentioned in the content of the sources. The practical part of this bachelor thesis is elaborated by means of qualitative research. The research investigation involved two female participants who had conceived, given birth and provided a child to a commissioning couple for adoption. The aim of the thesis is to find out what are the experiences of women who have experienced surrogate motherhood in the role of surrogate mothers. The thesis concludes with a summary of the findings from the research investigation and recommendations for practice.en
