| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá biomonitoringem řasové a sinicové mikroflóry třech mělkých vodních nádrží v blízkosti obce Zaječov ve středních Čechách. Cílem práce byl v prvé řadě průzkum biodiverzity sinic a řas, dále sledování abundance nalezených druhů, zachycení sezónní dynamiky mikroflóry, měření chemicko-fyzikálních parametrů povrchové vody a v neposlední řadě analýza a vyhodnocení dat a jejich porovnání s vegetační sezónou 2013, kdy byly nádrže sledovány v rámci bakalářské práce. | cs |
