dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce se zabývá ekonomickými a sociálními dopady koncepce Průmysl 4.0 a Společnost 4.0. Rozdělena je na teoretickou a praktickou část. Část teoretická je zaměřena na vymezení pojmů Průmysl 4.0 a Společnost 4.0, a na jejich dopady na společnost. Konkrétněji je zde také popsána současná situace České republiky v rámci čtvrté průmyslové revoluce a rozsah dopadu této revoluce na zdejší trh práce. Praktická část práce se věnuje provedenému dotazníkovému šetření zaměřenému na připravenost firem na adaptaci Průmyslu 4.0 a Společnosti 4.0 do jejich strategie, také konkrétním případům dobré praxe, a nakonec navrženým doporučením pro adaptaci podniku na podmínky Průmyslu 4.0. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty poznatky z obou částí práce a zmíněno je také upozornění na nedostatek v oblasti ucelenosti informací o daném tématu, a nakonec jeho navržené řešení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented Master's thesis is focused on the economic and social impacts of the concept of Industry 4.0 and Society 4.0. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of the terms Industry 4.0 and Society 4.0, and also on their impacts on society. More specifically there is described the current situation of the Czech Republic in the context of the fourth industrial revolution, and the extent of the impact of this revolution on local labour market. The practical part is firstly dedicated to a questionnaire survey which was about the readiness of companies for Industry 4.0, then to real examples of good praxis, and finally to proposal of recommendations for adapting the company to the conditions of Industry 4.0. In conclusion, the findings from both parts of the thesis are summarized and there is also mentioned a lack of integrity of information about this topic, as well as its proposed solution.
