dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou purulentní a serózní meningitidy v novorozenecké populaci. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, z části teoretické a z části praktické. V teoretické části je popsána historie onemocnění a odběr mozkomíšního moku, charakteristika serózní a purulentní meningitidy. Zejména novorozenecké purulentní meningitidě je věnována kapitola zvlášť. Práce obsahuje rovněž krátkou kapitolu týkající se některých parametrů vyšetřovaných u novorozenců. Data zpracovávána v praktické části pochází z období mezi léty 2013 a 2018. Praktická část se zabývá zejména statistickým vyhodnocením dat s ohledem na purulentní meningitidu, zejména parametry užívané v její diagnostice a běžně publikované rizikové faktory.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Bachelor´s thesis deals with the issue of purulent and serous meningitis in the population of neonates. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part are described the history of meningitis, lumbar puncture and characteristics of serous and purulent meningitis. Especially neonatal purulent meningitis is described more cautiously. This thesis also includes a short chapter about some parameters examined in newborns in the routine clinical practice. The data analysed in practical part were collected between years 2013 and 2018. The practical part is focuses mainly on statistical evaluation of data involved in purulent meningitis, especially parameters used in daily practice in diagnosis of purulent meningitis. Additionally, risk factors as Apgar score and gestational age are statistically analysed.en
