dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se nazývá Ego/task orientace u hráček fotbalu. Cílem práce bylo zjistit a srovnat motivační orientaci u hráček fotbalu v českých soutěžích. Práce zahrnuje dvě stěžejní části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na motivaci, sportovní motivací a specifika žen ve fotbale. V jedné z kapitol sportovní motivace je popsána a charakterizována ego/task orientace. Praktická část zahrnuje popis respondentů, použité metody a vyhodnocení šetření. Z výsledků výzkumu vyplývá, že se hráčky více zaměřují na task orientaci. Vyhodnocení všech výsledků je interpretováno pomocí grafů a tabulek. Výsledky šetření jsou využitelné pro oblast sportovní psychologie.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedBachelor thesis is called Ego/task orientation of female football players. The aim of the study was to determine and compare the motivational orientation of women football players in the Czech competitions. The study includes two main parts theoretical and practical one. The theoretical part focuses on motivation, especially sports motivation and the specifics of women in football. It also includes chapter about sports motivation which describes and characterizes ego/task orientation. The practical part includes a description of the respondents, methods and evaluation surveys. The research results show that the players focus more on task orientation. Evaluation of the results is interpreted by using graphs and tables. The survey results are useful in the field of sports psychology.en
