dc.description.abstractCílem předkládané práce bylo navrhnout postup měření dynamických vlastností tištěných termistorů s ohledem na dostupnou laboratorní infrastrukturu a doporučení obsažená v normách tuzemských a zahraničních institucí. Byl sestaven postup pro měření disipačního faktoru, časové konstanty a doby teplotní odezvy. Měření bylo podrobeno 22 NTC termistorů z toho 16 tištěných a 6 referenčních. Tištěné termistory se lišily 4 materiálovými formulacemi a způsobem zapouzdření termo-senzitivní vrstvy (krycí lak, PET fólie). Správnost postupu měření byla ověřena na základě srovnání naměřených výsledků dynamických vlastností referenčních termistorů s daty uvedenými v jejich technických listech. Výstupem bylo zjištění, že postupem lze docílit řádově srovnatelných výsledků. Následovalo měření tištěných NTC termistorů, při kterém byly naměřeny hodnoty disipačního faktoru od 0,005mW/°C do 11,5 mW/°C, časové konstanty od 1,3 s do 3,7 s a doby teplotní odezvy (99,9 %) od 12,1 s do 27,5 s.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this master thesis was to propose a procedure for measurement of dynamic properties of printed thermistors with regard to available laboratory infrastructure and recommendations contained in standards of domestic and foreign institutions. A procedure for measuring dissipation factor, time constant, and temperature response time has been established. The measurement was carried out by 22 NTC thermistors including 16 printed and 6 reference thermistors. Printed thermistors differed with 4 material formulations and encapsulation of the thermo-sensitive layer (cover lacquer, PET film). The accuracy of the measurement procedure was verified by comparing the measured results of the dynamic properties of the reference thermistors with the data given in their datasheets. The outcome of the comparison was the finding that the procedure can produce results of the same order. Further measurement of printed NTC thermistors followed. The result of dissipation factor ranges from 0.005 mW/°C to 11.5 mW/°C, time constant ranges from 1.3 s to 3.7 s and response to step change (99.9 %) ranges from 12.1 s to 27.5 s.en
