dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na zlepšení controllingu likvidity a cash flow v konkrétním podniku. V teoretické části práce jsou shrnuty základní poznatky týkající se controllingu likvidity a cash flow z aktuálních zdrojů a doporučení odborníků na controlling a finanční řízení podniku. V praktické části je provedena analýza stavu controllingu v konkrétním podniku s důrazem na oblast likvidity a cash flow. Na základě výsledků analýz jsou doporučena zlepšení pro controlling likvidity a cash flow a jsou navržena konkrétní opatření, prostřednictvím kterých dojde ke zdokonalení nejen controllingu, ale i finančního řízení podniku. Všechny navrhované nástroje jsou vytvořeny na základě zhodnocení jejich přínosu pro finanční management podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe proposed diploma thesis is focused on the improvement of liquidity, controlling and cash flow in a particular company. The theoretical part sums up the basic knowledge concerning the focus from the up-to-date sources and recommendation of experts and the company's financial management. The practical part includes an analysis of a controlling statement in a particular company, with emphasis on the area of liquidity and cash flow. There are recommended improvements for controlling, liquidity and cash flow based on the results. These are suggested concrete measures to improve not only operations, but also the financial management of the company. All the suggested tools are based on an assessment of their contribution to the financial management of the company.en
