dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na vliv forenzního účetnictví a auditu na odhalování podvodů u podnikatelských subjektů. V rámci teoretické části je charakterizováno forenzní účetnictví, audit a popsány jednotlivé druhy podvodných jednání včetně možnosti vnitřní a vnější kontroly. Praktická část práce se zabývá popisem postupu forenzního vyšetřování, analýzou jednotlivých finančních podvodů na reálných případech hospodářské kriminality včetně statistik počtu registrovaných a objasněných podvodů a celkových škod, a specifikován systém kontrolních opatření. Závěrem práce je zhodnocena efektivita odhalování podvodů a navrženo několik kontrolních mechanismů, které by mohly být ohledně této problematiky užitečné.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis is focused on the impact of forensic accounting and auditing to detect fraud in business entities. In the theoretical part there are characterized terms like forensic accounting, auditing then there is a description of individual types of fraud including possibilities of internal and external control. The practical part of the thesis deals with a description procedures of forensic investigation, analysis of individual financial frauds on real cases of economic crime including statistics on the number of registered and clarified frauds and total damages, and the specification of the system of control measures. In the end, the effectiveness of fraud detection is evaluated and several control mechanisms to address this have been proposed.en
