dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce pojednává o metodách vzdělávání dospělých v oblasti průmyslového inženýrství se zaměřením na řízení výroby. Hlouběji se specializuje na nasazení aktivního vzdělávání a použití simulačních her. Výstupem práce je vytvoření tří zcela nových simulačních her vysvětlujících metodu řízení výroby kanban, analýzu vad a jejich příčin a následků - FMEA a metodu totálně produktivní údržby - TPM. Tyto hry bude možné využit při výuce na akademické půdě a ke školení zaměstnanců z průmyslových podniků.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with methods of adult education in the field of industrial engineering with emphasis on production management. It is concerned with application of active education and usage of simulation games. Creation of three completely new simulation games focusing on explanation of production management method Kanban, fault analysis - FMEA and total productive maintenance method - TPM is the outcome of this project. These games can be used for academic education and also for training of industrial enterprises employees.en
