| dc.description.abstract | Myšlenkou mé práce bylo vytvořit set nádobí, které vyhovuje všem technickým požadavkům provozu a zároveň má vysokou estetickou hodnotu. Při servírování pokrmu vnímáme nádobí často jen jako vedlejší uživatelský prostředek. Podvědomě nás však ovlivňuje. Jak se říká, jíme i očima. Dobře zvolená nádoba může jídlo pozvednout na vyšší úroveň. Set tvoří talíř na hlavní chod, dezertní talířek, misky na polévku ve dvou velikostech a tzv. buddha bowl. Dalším z mých cílů bylo dodržet vhodnou tloušťku střepu a snadnou stohovatelnost, a veškerá kritéria, která k provozu patří. V dnešní době je těžké konkurovat masové výrobě. Velké množství věcí je dostupné za nízkou cenu. Rozhodla jsem se vytvořit kolekci, která v sobě má neopakovatelnost, originalitu a živost. Bude v ní znát ruční práce a proces tvorby, které sériová výroba nemůže nahradit. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | I would like to create a set of dishes that meets all the technical requirements of the operation and at the same time has a high aesthetic value. When serving a dish, we often perceive it only as a side thing. However, it subconsciously affects us. As they say, we also eat with our eyes. A well-chosen container can elevate food to a higher level. When designing a series of dishes for operation, I had to consider the way it would be handled. I opted for porcelain casting, due to its high sintering and abrasion resistance. It is also very suitable from a hygienic point of view. At the same time, I didn't want to work only with classic white porcelain. He looked too cold and impersonal. My goal was to give him liveliness and a handprint that will breathe the product into the soul. So II connected the unconnected, porcelain and red clay. Absolute opposites and materials that I like to work with. I like how everyone is different and has their qualities. I tried to use the best of both of them. The strength and hardness of porcelain and the pleasant earthiness and warmth of clay. Nowadays, it is difficult to compete with mass production. Lots of things are available at a low price. My idea is to create a collection that has uniqueness, originality and liveliness. He will know handicrafts and craftsmanship. | en |
