dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce zkoumá vývoj bezpečnosti na území Blízkého východu od roku 2001. V úvodu práce se řeší vymezení Blízkého východu. Poté se práce zaměřuje na důležité historické události po druhé světové válce, které se v oblasti Blízkého východu odehrály. Dále je v práci řešena válka proti terorismu a její důsledky. Z období po roce 2001 je zkoumána americká intervence do Afghánistánu a Iráku. Konkrétně, jaké byly důvody, průběh intervence a důsledky tohoto vpádu. Práce sleduje vývoj počtu obětí důsledkem ozbrojených konfliktů a válek. Detailněji se věnuje teroristickým útokům, konkrétně jejich počtu, obětím. Tyto informace jsou zpracovány v mapových výstupech. V závěru práce jsou zodpovězeny všechny stanovené výzkumné otázky, které se týkaly dané problematiky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe master's thesis examines the development of security in the territory of the Middle East since 2001. In the introduction of the thesis, the delimitation of the Middle East is addressed. Then the thesis focuses on important historical events after the Second World War that took place in the region of the Middle East. In addition, the thesis deals with the war against terrorism and its consequences. From the period after 2001, the US intervention in Afghanistan and Iraq is examined. Specifically, what were the reasons, intervention process and the consequences of this invasion. The thesis follows the development of the number of victims due to armed conflicts and wars. It deals in more detail with terrorist attacks, specifically their number, victims. This information is processed in map outputs. At the end of the thesis, all research questions related to the given issue are answered.en
