| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zjištění kvality života u pacientů s komplikovanou vředovou chorobou. V teoretické části jsme se věnovali kvalitě života, následně jsme se zaměřili na vředovou chorobou, včetně etiologie, příznaků, diagnostiky a léčby. Závěr teoretické části je věnován komplikacím vředové choroby, na které je v práci kladen velký důraz. Praktická část se zabývá výzkumem kvality života pomocí standardizovaného dotazníku WHOQOL - BREF. Z výsledků vyplývá, že toto onemocnění má vliv na kvalitu života. Rozdíly v hodnocení mezi pohlavími byly patrné především v doméně sociální vztahy. Ve všech doménách měly ženy vyšší průměrné hrubé skóre než muži. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis is focused on the quality of life in patients with complicated ulcer disease. In the theoretical part, we discussed quality of life, followed by a focus on pressure ulcer disease, including etiology, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment. Finally, the theoretical part is devoted to the complications of ulcer disease, which are given great emphasis in the thesis. The practical part deals with the research of quality of life using the standardized WHOQOL - BREF questionnaire. The results show that this disease has an impact on the quality of life. Differences in scores between the sexes were particularly evident in the social relationships domain. In all domains, women had higher mean raw scores than men. | en |
