dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ESG ve facility managementu společnosti GasNet se zaměřením na energetický management a správu podnikové flotily. Cílem práce je zhodnotit současný stav udržitelnosti v těchto oblastech a navrhnout opatření pro zvýšení ESG ratingu. V teoretické části je vymezen rámec ESG a jeho relevance v podnikovém prostředí, praktická část využívá interní data společnosti k analýze efektivity stávajících opatření. Na základě zjištění je navržena tabulka integrovaných cílů v souladu s ISO 50001 pro řízení a optimalizaci investic. Dále je navržena strategie modernizace firemní flotily pomocí nízkoemisních vozidel s ohledem na potenciální přechod společnosti do režimu zadávání veřejných zakázek. Navržená opatření by mohla zlepšit ESG rating o 1 až 1,5 bodu. Práce rovněž identifikuje environmentální a ekonomické limity implementace a zdůrazňuje význam ESG jako součásti firemní strategie. Výsledky mohou sloužit jako podklad pro strategická rozhodnutí v oblasti udržitelnosti v rámci facility managementu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis explores the application of ESG principles in the facility management of GasNet, with a specific focus on energy management and corporate fleet operations. The objective is to evaluate the current state of sustainability in these areas and propose measures to enhance the company's ESG rating. The theoretical part defines the ESG framework and its relevance in a corporate context. The practical part is based on internal company data and analyzes the effectiveness of existing measures. Based on the findings, an integrated target table aligned with ISO 50001 is proposed to manage energy-saving initiatives and optimize investments. In addition, the modernization of the corporate fleet through low-emission vehicles is suggested, considering a potential shift of the company into the public procurement regime. The proposed measures could improve the ESG rating by 1 to 1.5 points. The thesis also identifies environmental and economic limitations of the proposed solutions and emphasizes the importance of ESG as an integral part of corporate strategy. The results may serve as a basis for strategic decision-making in sustainability within facility management.en
