dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá tématem multikulturního ošetřovatelství v české porodnici. Mapuje především úskalí péče o pacienta ukrajinské národnosti v tomto prostředí. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První se věnuje kulturně-senzitivní péči v ošetřovatelství, objasňuje jednotlivé pojmy a poukazuje na specifika péče o ukrajinského pacienta. Druhá kapitola se věnuje imigrantům v české republice, základní charakteristikou Ukrajiny, její kulturou, tradicemi i obyvatelstvem. Třetí shrnuje poskytování zdravotních služeb v české porodnici. Praktická část, na základě dotazníkového šetření, zmapovala reálné zkušenosti i teoretické znalosti všeobecných sester/porodních asistentek v oblasti multikulturního ošetřovatelství. Výstupem celé práce je návrh edukační příručky pro sestry a studenty zdravotnických profesí. Posláním edukační brožury je poskytnout ucelené informace pro zkvalitnění ošetřovatelské péče v moderním pojetí.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis dissertation looks into a theme of multicultural nursing care in the Czech maternity hospital. Primarily, it makes a survey into problems of health care for a patient of Ukrainian nationality in the mentioned environment. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first one is dedicated to a cultural sensitive nursing care; particular terms are explained there and specifics of a care for an Ukrainian patient are pointed out. The second chapter is dedicated to migrants in the Czech Republic. There are described basic characteristics of Ukraine, Ukrainian culture, traditions and population there. The third chapter summarizes providing of health services in a Czech maternity hospital. The practical part, based on questionnaire survey, describes the real experiences and also the theoretical knowledge of practical nurses/midwifes on the field of multicultural nursing care. The output of the dissertation is an educational manual for nurses and students of medical professions. The mission of the educational manual is to provide the complete informations for an improvement of nursing care in the modern conception.en
