dc.description.abstractTato práce popisuje transformaci datového modelu neuroinformatického portálu do prostředků sémantického webu. První část práce se věnuje popisu technologií a nástrojů sémantického webu, čehož je následně využito ke analýze a srovnání vlastností a výhod sémantického modelu oproti relačnímu. Druhá část práce popisuje proces transformace původního datového modelu portálu do nového hybridního modelu. Tato část se dále věnuje popisu implementovaných nástrojů pro vytváření a vizualizaci navrženého modelu. Poslední část je zaměřena na testování navrženého datového modelu, především z výkonnostního hlediska.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis describes transformation of neuroinformatic portal data model to semantic web resources. The first part is aimed to describe semantic web technologies and tools that are used to analyse and compare advantages and disadvantages of relational and semantic web data models. The second part of thesis describes the proces of original data model transformation to a new proposed hybrid model. This part also introduces implemented tools that allow creating and visualizing a new data model. The last part of the work is aimed to testing the proposed data model, especially to the performance testing.en
