| dc.description.abstract | Práce je zaměřena na detailní posouzení efektivity využívání outsourcingu. V úvodu práce jsou vysvětleny základní východiska a pojmy související s touto problematikou. Úvodní teoretické předpoklady jsou poté rozvinuty v konkrétním prostředí firmy, vystupující v této práci pod fiktivním názvem LIFT, a.s. V úvodu praktické části práce je detailně popsána daná společnost, včetně analýzy jejího prostředí. Dále následuje analýza činností vhodných pro vyčlenění na externí dodavatele. Hlavní část práce je věnována důkladné analýze vybrané činnosti a následnému zhodnocení efektivity využití outsourcingu dané činnosti z pohledu nákladů. Další část práce je věnována zhodnocení outsourcingu dané činnosti za pomocí nástrojů multikriteriálního rozhodování. Práce je zakončena interpretací zjištěných skutečností a návrhu možných postupů k dosažení ideální zjištěných řešení. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The work is focused on detailed assessment of the effectiveness of outsourcing. The introduction explains the basic assumptions and concepts related to this issue. Preliminary theoretical assumptions are then developed in a specific environment of the company, appearing in this work under a fictitious name LIFT, Inc. In the introduction of the practical part, the company is described in detail, including an analysis of its environment. This is followed by analysis of activities suitable for the commitment to an external supplier. The main part is devoted to a thorough analysis of selected activities and subsequent evaluation of the effectiveness of outsourcing the activity in terms of costs. Next chapter is devoted to the evaluation of outsourcing this activity, using multi-criteria decision making tools. The work ends with the interpretation of the findings and suggestion of possible options to achieve the identified ideal solution. | en |
