| dc.description.abstract | Moje bakalářská práce je zaměřená na to, jaký má lupénka vliv na každodenní život nemocných. V teoretické části bakalářské práce se zabývám popisem anatomie a fyziologie kůže. V dalších kapitolách se zaměřuji na problematiku samotného onemocnění. Popisuji zde charakteristiku a historii lupénky. V dalších částech uvádím příčiny vzniku onemocnění a faktory, které zhoršují lupénku, dále také diagnostiku a léčbu. V praktické části bakalářské práce jsou vypracovány 2 kazuistiky žen, které tímto onemocněním trpí. Zaměřila jsem se zde na odběr anamnézy a péči o kůži. Dále zjišťuji faktory, které u respondentek zhoršují onemocnění, a jakým způsobem samotné onemocnění zasáhlo do jejich sociálního života. Výstupem pro praxi je informační leták. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | My bachelor thesis addresses the topic of how psoriasis affects everyday life of the patients. In the theoretical part of the thesis I deal with the description of skin anatomy and physiology. The following chapters are focused on the problem of the disease itself. The characteristics and history of psoriasis are described here. In the following sections I mention the causes of the disease, as well as its diagnosis and treatment and the factors that worsen the psoriasis. Two case reports of women who suffer from this disease are elaborated in the practical part of the thesis. I focused here mainly on the medical history and skin care. Furthemore, I am trying to determine the factors that worsen the disease and examine how the disease affected their social life. The output for practice is an information leaflet. | en |
