| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o možnostech konzervativní a operační terapie hallux valgus. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části jsou popsány stavba a funkce nohy a kineziologie chůze. Dále je definován hallux valgus, popsána jeho etiologie a vliv na stoj a chůzi. Poslední kapitoly teoretické části jsou věnovány možnostem prevence a konzervativní a operační terapie této deformity. Praktická část sestává ze tří kazuistických šetření, s jejichž pomocí se snaží potvrdit či vyvrátit stanovené hypotézy. Kazuistiky jsou zaměřeny na odběr anamnézy, vstupní a výstupní vyšetření a stanovení rehabilitačního plánu. Cílem praktické části je sledovat, zda lze několikaměsíční terapií dosáhnout snížení bolestivosti, zmenšení valgózního úhlu a zvýšení rozsahu pohybu v MTP kloubu palce, u pacientů po operační korekci se zaměřit na sekundární a terciární prevenci. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of conservative and surgical treatment of hallux valgus deformity. The thesis is devided into the theoretical and the practical part. In the theoretical part is described the structure and the function of the foot together with the kinesiology of walking. Furthermore is defined the hallux valgus with its etiology and the effect of the deformity on standing and walking. In the last chapters of the theoretical part we can find the possibilities of prevention with conservative and surgical treatment. The practical part is based on three casuistries, which are used to confirm or deny the hypotheses that had been established. The casuistries are focused on getting the anamnesis, input and output check-ups and determining the rehabilitation plan. The aim of the practical part is to observe the patients' condition during several months of the therapy and then make a decision upon discoveries whether the amount of pain was decreased and the valgus angle together with the range of motion in the first metatarsophalangeal joint were improved or not. The therapy of patients with the surgical treatment is focused on the secondary and tertiary prevention. | en |
