| dc.description.abstract | Práce pojednává o využívání prvků digitalizace a smart technologií na Železnorudsku. Železnorudsko je příhraničním regionem v okolí Železné Rudy a Nýrska, kam patří mimo jiné ještě obce Čachrov, Dešenice, Chudenín, Hamry a Prášily. V první části se práce zaměřuje na teoretické vymezení různých podob digitalizace, smart technologií a také na teoretické ukotvení a charakteristiku periferních regionů. Potom následují vybrané geografické charakteristiky zkoumaného území, jenž nastiňují problémy, které region trápí, ale i příležitosti, které před sebou region má. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na zmapování prvků digitalizace na území vymezeného regionu a také na vytvoření přehledu smart technologií a smart postupů, které jsou aplikovány v tamních obcích. Následuje posouzení vlivu digitalizace a smart technologií na rozvoj obcí v posledních deseti letech, které se opírá především o názory zástupců místních samospráv. Na základě doposud využívaných smart technologií a problémů trápících Železnorudsko, je v závěru práce navrženo šest projektů smart povahy, které mají za cíl zvýšit potenciál jednotlivých obcí i regionu jako celku, a navíc usnadnit život místním obyvatelům. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis focuses on the use of digitalisation and smart technologies in the Železná Ruda region. Železná Ruda is a border region in the vicinity of Železná Ruda and Nýrsko, which includes, among others, the municipalities of Čachrov, Dešenice, Chudenín, Hamry and Prášily. The first part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical definition of various forms of digitalization, smart technologies and also on the theoretical anchoring and characteristics of peripheral regions. This is followed by selected geographic characteristics of the study area, which outline the problems that are affecting the region, but also the opportunities that the region has in the future. The practical part of the thesis focuses on mapping the elements of digitalization in the territory of the defined region and also on creating an overview of smart technologies and smart practices that are applied in the local municipalities. This is followed by an assessment of the impact of digitalisation and smart technologies on the development of municipalities over the last ten years, based primarily on the opinions of local government representatives. Building on the smart technologies used so far and the problems afflicting the Železná Ruda region, the paper concludes by proposing six smart projects that aim to increase the potential of individual municipalities and the region as a whole, and in addition to make life easier for residents. | en |
