dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se na základě teorie a analýzy potřeb bude zaměřovat na potřeby klientů v sociální službě, která pracuje s osobami závislými na návykových látkách. Cílem je prozkoumat jaké bariéry a stimulanty se objevují během naplňování potřeb těchto klientů a jak s nimi sociální pracovníci pracují, tak aby byli potřeby naplněny. Druhá část práce bude založena na kvalitativním výzkumu. Podklady pro výzkum budou sebrány pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s uživateli návykových látek a také se sociálními pracovníky dané sociální služby. Výběr informátorů proběhne právě skrze tuto službu a pomocí sociálních pracovníků. Sebraná data budou zpracována na základě standartního a in vivo kódování.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedBased on needs theory and needs analysis, this Bachelor's thesis will focus on the needs of clients in a social service facility that works with people addicted to addictive substances. The goal is to investigate which barriers and stimulants appear during the fulfillment of the needs of these clients and how social workers work with them so that these needs are fulfilled. The second part of the thesis will be based on qualitative research. Data for the research will be collected through semi-structured interviews with drug users and with social workers from the given social service facility. The selection of informants will take place at the aforementioned social service facility and with the help of the social workers employed there. The collected data will be processed on the basis of in vivo coding.en
