dc.description.abstractTato práce je teoreticko - praktická. V teoretické práci se věnuji právním předpisům, které vymezují práva a povinnosti nelékařských zdravotnických profesí a pacientů. Zaměřuji se na legislativní podmínky v České republice, Evropské unii a Radě Evropy. V praktické části se věnuji implementaci legislativních nařízení do praxe, do podmínek zdravotnických zařízení. A to s ohledem nelékařských zdravotnických profesí. Cílem diplomové práce je zdůraznit důležitost, uvědomování si v každodenním styku s pacientem nutnosti ctění jeho základních práv. Zdravotnická dokumentace je nedílnou součástí poskytování kvalitní zdravotní péče. To s sebou přináší sběr důležitých osobních údajů. Tyto údaje jsou nelékařské zdravotnické profese povinny dle příslušných legislativních norem chránit.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedTheoretical pert is focused on legislative documents which determine responsibilities and duties of non - medical health care professinals and also patient rights. It covers legislation and legislative condotions in the Czech Republic, European Union and position and documents of the European Council. Practical part of the Thesisi discusses issues of practical implementation of legislative measures and regulations in routine activities of health care facilities. Individual issues are assessed from the point of view of the non - medical health care professions. The aim of my Thesis is to highlight importace of awereness of patient rights and necessity to respect those rights in everyday work of health care professional. Health care documentation is an integral and indispensable part of quality health care and includes collection of important personal data. As required by relevant legislatio, appopriate protection of those data is a must for allnon - medical health care professionals.en
