| dc.description.abstract | V mé bakalářské práci se věnuji problematice péče o MRSA pozitivní pacienty. Práci jsem rozdělila na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje staphylococca aurea, meticilin rezistentního staphylococca aurea, nozokomiální nákazy, rizikové faktory, vyšetřovací metody a léčbu. Nejvíce jsem se zaměřila na bariérovou ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienty s MRSA infekcí. V praktické části se zaměřuji na povědomost všeobecných sester na ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienta s MRSA infekcí. Zjistila jsem, že všeobecné sestry jsou informované v oblasti MRSA infekce, režimových opatřeních a příčin vzniku infekce. | cs |

The theoretical part describes staphylococcus aureus, methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus, nosocomial infection, risk factors, diagnostic methods and treatment. I have focused on barrier nursing care of MRSA infected patients. In the practical part I focus on nurses knowledge of nursing care for MRSA infected patients.
