| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienty se stenózou karotidy. V teoretické části je popsána stručně anatomie a patofyziologie tepenného řečiště mozku. Dále zahrnuje informace o rizikovém faktoru, ateroskleróze a jejích důsledcích. Je zde zmíněna diagnostika a léčba patologického procesu na krčních tepnách, předoperační příprava, pooperační režim, ošetřovatelská péče a dispenzarizace. V praktické části popisuji dvě kazuistiky s vypracovaným edukačním plánem. Zaměřuji se zejména na průběh hospitalizace, poskytovanou ošetřovatelskou péči a péči o pacienta po propuštění. Praktickou část doplňuji o informační leták pro pacienty po karotické endarterektomii. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | Bachelor thesis is focused on nursing care about patients with carotid artery stenosis. In the theoretical part is briefly described anatomy and pathophysiology cerebral arterial bed. Further includes information about the risk factors of atherosclerosis and its consequences. There is mentioned diagnosis and treatment of pathological process in carotid surgery, preoperative preparation, postoperative regime, nursing care and dispensary. In the practical part I describe two case reports with elaborated educational plan. I focus in particular on the course of hospitalization, nursing care and patient care after discharge. The practical part is complemented by information leaflet for patients after carotid endarterectomy. | en |
