dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se bude zabývat právními aspekty řešení krize bankovních institucí. V úvodní části bude práce blíže seznamovat se zvoleným tématem a rovněž pojedná o dané problematice v historických souvislostech. Následně se diplomová práce bude věnovat krizovým situacím bankovních institucí, možnostem jejich řešení a uvede legislativní základ pro různá opatření. Práce také přiblíží systém bankovní garance i velice důležitou roli ČNB jako centrální banky při řešení krize bankovní instituce. Diplomová práce bude obsahovat aplikaci na vybranou bankovní instituci, kdy k řešení krizové situace bylo nutné přistoupit. V závěru práce bude shrnuta řešená problematika.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe master's thesis will deal with the legal aspects of solving the crisis of banking institutions. In the introductory part, the thesis will introduce the chosen topic in more detail and will also discuss the issue in historical context. Subsequently, the thesis will be devoted to crisis situations of banking institutions, the possibilities of their resolution and will state the legislative basis for various measures. The master´s thesis will also introduce the bank guarantee system and the very important role of the Czech National Bank as a central bank in solving the banking institution crisis. The master´s thesis will contain an application to the selected banking institution, when it was necessary to proceed to solve the crisis situation. At the end of the thesis, the solved problem will be summarizeden
