dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce pojednává o problematice pohledávek, konkrétně hodnotí způsob jejich řízení a správy ve zvoleném podniku. Téma bylo vybráno z důvodu nespokojenosti managementu s aktuální situací v této oblasti. Cílem práce bylo pojednat o pohledávkách z právního, účetního a daňového pohledu, zhodnotit jejich vývoj ve zvoleném podniku a posoudit úroveň prováděných controllingových úloh v oblasti pohledávek. Na základě vypracovaných analýz byly zjištěny příčiny neuspokojivého stavu. Výstupem práce jsou návrhy opatření pro zvolenou společnost, které by měly po jejich zavedení směřovat ke zlepšení. Součástí práce je ukázka možného způsobu plánování pohledávek na další období. Návrhy byly po dokončení předány majiteli podniku, který zváží jejich uplatnění v praxi.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with a problems of claims, concretely it evaluates a method of their management and control in the selected company. The theme was chosen because of management´s dissatisfaction with an actual situation in this area. The aim of this work was to deal with claims from legal, accounting and taxation view, evaluate their evolution in the selected company and consider a level of controlling tasks discharging in the claims area. On the basis of evolved analysis were found out the causes of the dissatisfied state. A suggestions of remedies for the selected company, which should head towards improvement after their starting are the output of this work. An illustration of possible way of claims planning for the next time period is a part of this work. The finished suggestions were handed to the owner of the company who will weigh their use in practice.en
