| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit změnu potřeb lidí léčených pro věkem podmíněnou makulární degeneraci (VPMD). Teoretická část práce obsahuje základní informace a rozdělení degenerativních očních onemocnění a je hlavně zaměřena na VPMD. VPMD je chronické oční onemocnění, které snižuje zrakové funkce a tím výrazně snižuje kvalitu života pacientů. Mění se priority jejich potřeb a psychického ladění. Poznatky teoretické části byly čerpány z dostupných literárních a internetových zdrojů. V praktické části byla provedena kvalitativní analýza specifických respondentů, u nichž byla diagnostikována VPMD. Závěr shrnuje výsledky šetření a ukazuje na velký vliv VPMD na normální aktivity pacientů. Doporučení pro praxi jsou uvedena. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The purpose of the bachelor thesis is to find out change in needs of people treated for age - releted macular degeneration /AMD/. The theoretical part of the thesis contains basic information and distribution of degenerative eye diseases and it is primary focused on AMD. AMD is a chronic eye disease that reduces visual function and thereby greatly reduces the quality of patients life. Their preferences of needs and frame of mind are changing. The findings of the theoretical part were drawn from available literature and internet sources. Qualitative analysis of two specific cases of respondents who were diagnosed with AMD was performed in the practical part of the thesis. The conclusions summarize outcomes of the study and show a big influence of AMD on normal daily activities of the patients. Recommendations for practice are included. | en |
