dc.description.abstractTématem této bakalářské práce je fungování Systému psychosociální intervenční služby (SPIS) v rámci Plzeňského kraje. Práce se zabývá problematikou psychosociální podpory poskytované zdravotníkům a sekundárně zasaženým jednotlivcům v nadlimitních situacích, a to jak formální, tak neformální cestou. Dále analyzuje samotný systém SPIS, jeho implementaci a efektivitu. Výzkum ukázal, že SPIS není zavedený ve všech zdravotnických zařízeních v Plzeňském kraji. V institucích, kde je zřízen je na jedné straně spokojenost a na druhé straně nedůvěra. V institucích, kde není zřízen, je o jeho zavedení zájem. Přínosem práce je nejen identifikace silných a slabých stránek současného fungování SPIS, ale i doporučení pro zlepšení a širší implementaci tohoto systému v regionu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this bachelor thesis is the functioning of the Psychosocial Intervention Service System (SPIS) in the Pilsen Region. The thesis deals with the topic of psychosocial support provided to health professionals and secondary affected individuals in over-the-limit situations, both in a formal and informal way. It also analyses the SPIS system itself, its implementation and effectiveness. The research showed that SPIS is not implemented in all health facilities in the Pilsen region. In the institutions where it is established there is satisfaction on the one hand and distrust on the other. In institutions where it is not established, there is interest in its introduction. The contribution of this work is not only the identification of strengths and weaknesses of the current functioning of SPIS, but also recommendations for improvement and wider implementation of this system in the region.en
