| dc.description.abstract | Motivace hraje klíčovou roli v procesu sportovního tréninku, zejména u dětí a dospívajících ve věku 12-15 let. Správně zvolené metody a prostředky mohou výrazně ovlivnit úroveň zapojení svěřenců do tréninkového procesu a jejich celkový vztah ke sportu. Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu vlivu vybraných aplikovaných prostředků, jako je zpětná vazba trenéra, individuální přístup a využití tréninkových pomůcek, na motivaci mladých sportovců. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní psychologické aspekty motivace ve sportu, specifika vývoje dětí ve věku 12-15 let a role trenéra v motivaci svěřenců. Praktická část se věnuje výzkumnému šetření, jehož cílem je zjistit, do jaké míry tyto prostředky ovlivňují motivaci sportovců v dané věkové kategorii. Výsledky práce mohou sloužit jako podklad pro trenéry a pedagogy usilující o efektivnější práci s mladými sportovci a podporu jejich vnitřní motivace. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This diploma thesis focuses on the transformation of the educational process for children from children's homes and examines the benefits of working with children who have experienced traumatic events. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the specific educational needs of these children and to propose effective pedagogical approaches that support their cognitive, emotional, and social development. The theoretical part focuses on trauma-related issues, its impact on child development, attachment theory, and the principles of trauma-sensitive approaches. The practical part is based on qualitative research, including interviews with teachers and caregivers working with children from children's homes. The results show that an individualized approach, stable relationships, and a safe environment are key factors for the successful education of these children. The thesis offers recommendations for pedagogical practice and suggestions for further improvements in the education of children with traumatic experiences. | en |
