| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku stavby pájecí stanice, jejíž práce je řízena pomocí mikropočítače. Po přehledu pájecích stanic dostupných na českém trhu jsou porovnána jejich pájecí pera, která můžeme zakoupit jako náhradní díl k dané stanici, podle základních parametrů, které je nutné znát pro přizpůsobení elektroniky a následnou správnou práci pájecího pera. Dále jsou teoreticky popsány způsoby napájení elektronických zařízení, jejich konstrukce a vlastnosti, podle nichž je zvolen způsob napájení pájecí stanice. Následně je popsán postup při tvorbě pájecí stanice, kde jsou popsány základní komponenty použité pro ovládání stanice, zobrazení hodnot a metoda vyhřívání hrotu pájecího pera. Je podrobně popsán postup tvorby schématu, kdy jsou vysvětleny všechny součásti obvodu, a samotná výroba plošného spoje řídící i výkonové elektroniky. Dále je popsán program, řídící pájecí stanici, a návrh a realizace konstrukčního boxu pro elektroniku pájecí stanice. Pájecí stanice je poté zkonstruována a dále je vyhodnocena její funkčnost. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor´s thesis is focused on the issue of constructing a soldering station, whose operation is controlled by a microcontroller. After reviewing soldering stations available on the Czech and European markets, the soldering pens, which can be bought as spare parts for the given station, are compared by basic parameters important for adapting the electronics and followed by right operation of the soldering pen. Further on, options of powering the electronic devices are theoretically described, their constructions and features, according to which the type of the powering soldering station is chosen. Subsequently, the process of building the soldering station, including basic components used for controlling the station, display of values and a method of heating the solder tip are described. The process of creating the scheme is described in detail; all parts of circuits and production of PCB control and power electronic itself are explained. Description of a program controlling the soldering station, the design and realization of the construction box for electronics of the soldering station follows. The final functionality and accuracy of the temperature setting is documented by the means of measuring carried on the final product. | en |
