dc.description.abstractPrvní část práce se zabývá otázkou vzniku a vývoje dětského ombudsmana a pokouší se podat celkový pohled na jednotlivé aspekty tohoto institutu.Snaží se též prozkoumat možnosti jeho realizace v České republice. Vychází proto z teoretických poznatků a zkušeností jiných zemí. Součástí tématu je i otázka samotného pojmu dítěte a jeho práv. K této otázce se nakonec váže dotazníkové výzkumné šetření, které hledá odpověď na otázku významu veřejného ochránce práv dítěte v naší zemi.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theme of this thesis is the development and importance of the institute which is the children´s ombudsman. The key concepts of this work are the ombudsman (especially the ombudsman for children) the rights of the child, the child.The essential thrust is the description of this institution. The first chapter is focused on the origin and historical development of this Institute and also the definition of the Ombudsman (especially for children). Next in the second chapter are answers of the questions for the competence, scope and the Ombudsman´s activities.Then I chose historical and geographical aspects of the country in which the Institute has created. Finally I did inquiry about ombudsman in the Czech Republic, where this institution has not been created yet, but it is under development. Part of this chapter is the last thesis, which was conceived of research project to determine the interest of children and the teachers about the Institute of Children´s Ombudsman.en
