dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce analyzuje a vyhodnocuje rozsah znalostí všeobecných sester v oblasti hojení ran. Teoretická část definuje a člení typy ran a stručně shrnuje anatomii kůže. Důraz je kladen rovněž na hodnocení a správné vedení dokumentace ošetřované rány. Teoretická část se dále věnuje oblasti léčení, kde jsou zmíněny zejména používané postupy a vhodný terapeutický materiál v péči nejen o chronické rány. Výzkumná část shrnuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření prostřednictvím grafů. Cílem praktické části je zmapovat a vyhodnotit povědomí všeobecných sester v oblasti hojení ran. Závěrečným výstupem bakalářské práce je návrh řešení pro zlepšení celkové informovanosti a profesní připravenosti všeobecných sester.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Bachelor's paper analyses and evaluates general nurses' extent of knowledge in the area of wound healing. The theoretical part defines and separates different types of wounds, and summarizes in brief the anatomy of the skin. It emphasises, as well, the evaluation and proper documentation of the treated wound. Further, the text deals with procedural questions, stressing in particular courses of treatment and appropriate therapeutic materials in the care for chronic wounds. In conclusion, the paper summarizes general nurses' proficiencies in the area of chronic wounds. The explorational part uses questionnaires to encapsulate, using graphic charts, the results of research done. The practical part's objective is to describe and evaluate general nurses' awareness in the area of wound healing. A proposal how to improve general nurses' overall knowledge and professional readiness is the final output of this Bachelor's paper.en
