Význam autonomie dětí v náhradní rodinné péči

Abstract

Tématem předkládaného příspěvku je specifický kontext života dětí v náhradní rodinné péče. Příspěvek vychází z propojení teoretických a empirických zjištění o významu autonomie dětí, které vyrůstají v pěstounské péči. Cílem tohoto textu je představit širší souvislosti autonomie těchto dětí, které byly identifikovány na základě poznatků získaných z teoretické interpretativní analýzy a provedené kvalitativní empirické studie. Aplikačním záměrem textu je diskuze a formulace metodických i obecných doporučení, které směřují k podpoře autonomie dítěte v náhradní rodinné péči.

The issue of the presented paper is the specific life context of children in foster care. The article is based on the interconnection of theoretical and empirical findings on the importance of foster children's autonomy. This text aims to introduce research results that addressed a broader context of foster children's autonomy. Findings gained by theoretical interpretive analysis and a qualitative empirical study provide the results that point out the significance of foster children's independence and freedom of choice. The application purpose of the paper is to discuss and express methodological and general recommendations that aim to support the foster child's autonomy.
