dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku zákonodárství knížete Břetislava I., především pak na jeho dva zásadní zákonodárné akty, kterým jsou Břetislavova dekreta a zákon o seniorátu. Primární účel diplomové práce spočívá v komplexní právní a historické analýze Břetislavových dekret a zákona o seniorátu. Sekundárním účelem diplomové práce je detailní popis a analýza období raně feudálního státu. Cílem diplomové práce je zpracovat zákonodárství knížete Břetislava I. z větší perspektivy a nejvýznamnější právní památky raně feudálního státu uvést v širších souvislostech. Struktura práce je členěna do tří hlavních kapitol. Obsahově diplomovou práci tvoří teoretická a praktická část. Teoretická část spočívá v podrobném vylíčení nejdůležitějších atributů raně feudálního státu a v uvedení nejzásadnějších milníků života knížete Břetislava I. Účelem teoretické části je poskytnout stěžejní informace, jenž umožní lépe porozumět části praktické. Praktická část se věnuje samotné právní analýze Břetislavových dekret a zákona o seniorátu. V práci byla jako výzkumná metoda použita metoda analytická a komparativní. Styl práce je koncipován jako popisný. Diplomová práce čerpá z pramenů historických i soudobých. Závěr práce tvoří charakteristika vlády knížete Břetislava I., zhodnocení přínosu a reálného vlivu tohoto knížete a jeho dvou zákonodárný aktů na raně feudální společnost i budoucnost českého státu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis focuses on the legislation of the Duke Břetislav I, especially on his two fundamental legislative acts, which are the Břetislav Decrees and the Law on the Seniorate. The primary purpose of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive legal and historical analysis of Břetislav's decrees and the Law on the Seniorate. The secondary purpose of the thesis is a detailed description and analysis of the period of the early feudal state. The purpose of the thesis is to elaborate the legislation of the Duke Břetislav I from a larger perspective and to put the most important legal monuments of the early feudal state in a broader context. The structure of the thesis is divided into three main chapters. In terms of content, the thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part consists in a detailed description of the most important attributes of the early feudal state and in the introduction of the most important milestones in the life of the Duke Břetislav I. The purpose of the theoretical part is to provide key information that will help to better understand the practical part. The practical part is devoted to the actual legal analysis of Břetislav's decrees and the Law on the Seniorate. The method used in this thesis is analytical and comparative. The style of the thesis is designed as descriptive. The thesis uses both historical and contemporary sources. The thesis concludes with a characterization of the reign of the Duke Břetislav I, an evaluation of the contribution and real influence of this duke and his two legislative acts on early feudal society and the future of the Czech state.en
