| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce je zaměřena na problematiku šíření infekce HIV/AIDS v České republice mezi obyvateli české národnosti a cizinci, žijícími na území naší republiky krátkodobě nebo dlouhodobě.Práce obsahuje dvě části - část teoretickou, která se zabývá charakteristikou nemoci, způsobem přenosu a jednotlivými stádii nemoci AIDS - morbiditou, mortalitu za celou ČR, a část praktickou. V té jsou aplikovány poznatky z teoretické části, bude zde provedena geografická analýza jednotlivých krajů s využitím zdravotnických statistik, analýza šíření nemoci v jednotlivých časových obdobích a v jednotlivých krajích ČR a analýza týkající se ohrožených skupin (např. MSM-homosexuálové,IDU - injekční uživatelé drog),dále bude provedena komparace a zhodnocení šíření infekce mezi českými obyvateli v určitém časovém období, mezi cizinci na základě geografických oblastí (např. Západní Evropa, Subsaharská Afrika) a mezi obyvateli žijícími v ČR v rámci tzv. ohrožených skupin. V závěru bude provedena syntéza dat a jejich geografická interpretace. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis dealwithHIV / AIDS in the Czech Republic: geographical analysis of the spread of the infection among Czech population and foreigners.The thesis contains two parts - a theoretical part which deals with the characteristics of the disease, the mode of transmissi on of HIV and different stages of AIDS - morbidity and mortality for the whole Czech republic, and practical part. In practical part are applied the theoretical part, there will also be a geographic analysis of individual regions, using health statistics, analysis of the spread of the disease in different time periods and regionsofthe Czech republic analysis for vulnerable groups (forexample MSM, IDU), further will be made comparison and evaluation the spread of infection among Czech residents in a certain period of time and the foreigners come from of geographic regions (western Europe, sub-Saharan Africa) and among the people living in the Czech Republic called vulnerable Gross (MSM-homosexuals, injecting drug users IDU). The conclusion will be the synthesis of geographic data and their interpretation. | en |
