dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce řeší správné nastavení controllingových ukazatelů (předstižných a zpožděných) ve společnosti BRUDER CZ. V první části práce jsou analyzovány vlivy působící na společnost z makroprostředí, mezoprostředí a mikroprostředí. Následuje finanční analýza, která posuzuje finanční situaci a výkonnost sledované společnosti. Dalším krokem je definice strategických cílů, které slouží jako podklad pro vytvoření finančního plánu. Pro monitorování finančního plánu byly navrženy controllingové ukazatele (předstižné a zpožděné) spolu se systémem reportingu. Závěrečná část práce se věnuje analýze rizik, která mohou ohrozit společnost BRUDER CZ, a zabývá se strategiemi pro jejich eliminaci nebo minimalizaci. Cílem této práce je poskytnout konkrétní a aplikovatelné doporučení pro zlepšení řízení společnosti s důrazem na controllingové mechanismy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Master's thesis deals with the correct setting of controlling indicators (early and late) in BRUDER CZ. The first part of the thesis analyses the influences acting on the company from the macro environment, the meso environment and the micro environment. This is followed by a financial analysis that assesses the financial situation and performance of the company under study. The next step is the definition of strategic objectives, which serve as the basis for the development of the financial plan. For monitoring the financial plan, controlling indicators (leading and lagging) have been designed along with a reporting system. The final part of the thesis is devoted to the analysis of risks that may threaten BRUDER CZ and deals with strategies for their elimination or minimization. The aim of this thesis is to provide specific and applicable recommendations for improving the management of the company with an emphasis on controlling mechanisms.en
