dc.description.abstractTato práce se zabývá úrovní hrubé motoriky závodnic moderní gymnastiky a step aerobiku ve věku 12-15 let. Zjišťování proběhlo pomocí 11 motorických testů, zaměřených na silové, vytrvalostní, pohyblivostní, rytmické a rovnováhové schopnosti. Testová baterie byla sestavena ze standardizovaných motorických testů vhodných pro tyto dva sporty. Výsledky testů byly zpracovány do tabulek a průměrné hodnoty výkonů dvou sportovních klubů pro porovnání na grafu. Tabulka obsahuje průměr, směrodatnou odchylku, minimální a maximální hodnotu naměřených výsledků. I přesto, že rozdíly v testování nebyly veliké, mohou tyto testy posloužit jako vzor pro další testování v moderní gymnastice a step aerobiku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Bachelor thesis is focused on the level of selected motor abilities of competitors of rhythmic gymnastics and step aerobics in the age of 12-15. We used 11 motor tests which were focused on strength, endurance, flexibility, rhythmic and balance abilities. Test battery was formed of standardized motor tests suitable for these two sports. The test results were processed into tables and the average values of the performances of the two sports clubs for comparison on the chart. The table contains the mean, standard deviation, minimum and maximum value of the measured results. Although the differences in testing were not large, these tests can serve as a model for further testing in rhythmic gymnastics and step aerobics.en
