| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce shrnuje problematiku segmentace obrazu, která se používá nad laryngoskopickými daty získané vysokorychlostní kamerou. V práci jsou uvedené nejčasteji používané a publikované metody automatické segmentace obrazu a je také uvedena vlastní vyvinutá metoda založená na shlukové analýze. Součástí je i popis několika metod předzpracování a následného zpracování obrazu. Dále je popsána problematika kvality snímku, hledání osy symetrie a jsou uvedeny parametry, které lze po detekci hlasivkové štěrbiny vypočítat, včetne těch vypovídajících o symetrii hlasivky. Příkladem jsou parametry umístění těžište plochy a hranice hlasivkové štěrbiny a jejich vývoj v čase. Na několika kazuistikách je pak znázorněna užitečnost těchto parametrů pro správné určení symetrie hlasivky. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This work summarizes problematic about image segmentation used on laryngoscopical data taken from High Speed Video. There are described most used published method of automatic segmentation and also a new method is introduced. Descriptions of preprocessing and postprocessing methods are also included. Part of this work describes assessment of input data quality and there are also presented output parameters including ones based on symmetry using the axis, finding of the axis of glottal symmetry is described as well. As an example of parameters of symmetry, location of the center of gravity of glottal area and the border is presented including their progress in time. Several casuistries demonstrate their usefulness for determining the glottal symmetry. | en |
