dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou opory o horní končetiny po ortopedických operacích. Je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části tato práce shrnuje jednotlivé ortopedické operace na horní končetině, dále se pak věnuje opěrné funkci, která je popsána z hlediska vývojové kineziologie. Další část se věnuje Akrální koaktivační terapii, jako jedné z metod na trénink a zlepšení opory o horní končetinu. V praktické části jsou uvedeny cíle, hypotézy, popisy metodik, vyšetření a výsledky. Důležitou částí jsou kazuistiky, které se zabývají omezením opěrné funkce po ortopedických operacích v nastavení dle metody Akrální koaktivační terapie. Výsledky tohoto zkoumání jsou součástí praktické části této bakalářské práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with the problem of support function for upper limbs after orthopedic operations. It is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part of this thesis, summarizes individual orthopedic operations on the upper limb, then it deals with the supporting function, which is described in terms of developmental kinesiology. The next part deals with Acral Coactivation Therapy as one of the methods for training and improving the support of the upper limb. The practical part includes objectives, hypotheses, descriptions of methodologies, examinations and results. An important part is the case reports that deal with the limitation of the supporting function after orthopedic surgery in the setting according to the method of Acral Coactivation Therapy. The results of this research are part of the practical part of this thesis.en
