dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se s názvem "Ošetřovatelský proces u dětského pacienta s hereditární sférocytózou v domácím prostředí" je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část charakterizuje toto onemocnění, dále se zabývá edukací, ošetřovatelským procesem se zaměřením na dětského pacienta a ošetřováním v domácím prostředí. Praktická část se zabývá jedním konkrétním dětským pacientem s onemocněním hereditární sférocytóza. Popisuje průběh dekompenzace jeho onemocnění při výskytu virového infektu, na který je následně vytvořen ošetřovatelský plán. V závěru práce nechybí ani edukační plán. Výstupem pro praxi je edukační leták pro cílovou skupinu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedBachelor thesis called "Nursing process for child patient with hereditary spherocytosis at home environment" is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part characterizes the disease, it also deals with education, nursing process with a focus on the patient and treating child at home. The practical part deals with one particular child patient with the disease hereditary spherocytosis. Describes the course of decompensation of the disease in the presence of a viral infection, for which subsequently created a care plan. In conclusion, there is also an educational plan. The output for the practice is educational brochure for the target group.en
