dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá postojem nemocných s Crohnovou chorobou k dodržování dietního režimu. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na obecné informace o idiopatických střevních zánětech, konkrétněji poté na Crohnovu chorobu a dietní režim při této nemoci. Praktická část je zaměřena na zjištění postoje nemocných k dodržování dietního režimu. Výzkumné šetření bylo provedeno kvalitativním metodou ve formě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pacienty splňujícími účel a rozsah této bakalářské práce. Po analýze dat bylo zjištěno, jaký postoj zaujímá nemocný s Crohnovou chorobou k dodržování dietního režimu. Výsledky byly shrnuty do přehledných schémat a na závěr byl vytvořen výstup práce. Tento výstup práce neboli doporučení pro praxi, nese název Souhrn pravidel dietního režimu při Crohnově chorobě.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor's thesis looks at the attitude of crohn's disease sufferers towards dietary adherence. It is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part focuses on general information about idiopathic intestinal inflammation, more specifically crohn's disease and the dietary regimen in this disease. The practical part is aimed at identifying the attitude of sufferers towards following a dietary regimen. The research investigation was conducted using a qualitative method in the form of semi-structured interviews with patients meeting the purpose and scope of this bachelor's thesis. After analyzing the data, it was revealed what attitude the Crohn's disease sufferer takes to following a dietary regimen. The results were summarized in clear diagrams and at the end the output of the work was created. This work outlet, or practice recommendation, is entitled Summary of the Rules of the Dietary Regimen in Crohn's Disease.en
