| dc.description.abstract | Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na aplikování nové možnosti zpracování dodavatelských dokumentů do stávajícího informačního systému. Popisuje zavádění optické identifikace příchozích dodavatelských dokladů v rámci finančního modulu v programu SAP R/3. Teoretická část je zaměřena na rešerše a deskripci zahraničních literárních zdrojů, které jsou použity pro vysvětlení a konfiguraci programu SAP R/3. V průběhu práce dochází k analýze efektivnosti stávajícího zpracování dodavatelských dokumentů. Popisuje potřebná nastavení, která jsou nutná pro změnu zpracování dokladů pomocí optické identifikace příchozích faktur. V posledním oddílu praktické části je práce směřována k vyhodnocení provedené inovace, vyvození závěrů a formulování případného doporučení pro zvýšení využívání optické identifikace přijatých dodavatelských dokladů. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The submitted diploma thesis focuses on the application of new possibilities of implementation of vendor documents into the existing information system. It describes the implementation of the optical identification of incoming vendor documents within the SAP R / 3 finance module. The theoretical part focuses on the research and description of foreign literary sources that are used to explain and configure the SAP R / 3 program. In the course of the work, an analysis of the efficiency of the existing processing of the vendor documents is carried out. It describes the necessary settings that are needed to modify document processing by optical identification of incoming invoices. In the last part of the practical part, the thesis aims at evaluating the implemented innovation, drawing conclusions and formulating possible recommendations for increasing the use of optical identification of received vendor documents. | en |
