dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na multikulturní přístup porodní asistentky k těhotné a rodící vietnamské ženě. Teoretická část popisuje všeobecně specifika multikulturní péče a charakterizuje vietnamskou kulturu. Praktická část se zabývá nejen kulturními specifiky této minority, ale především zkoumá ženy jako takové, jejich přístup ke svému ženství a to, jakým způsobem na ně nahlíží společnost vlastní kultury. Zároveň odkrývá rodinné vazby mezi generacemi, kdy se dcera od své matky učí a přebírá touto cestou zkušenosti a cenné rady, který následně využívá ve svém životě.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis focuses on multicultural approach of midwives to pregnant and laboring Vietnamese woman. The teoretical part describes the general specifics of multicultural care and characterizes the Vietnamese culture. The practical part deals not only with the general specifics of multicultural care of this minority, but also examines woman as such, their access to their own womanhood and how they are treated be their own culture. At the same time family ties between the generations are revealed, where the daughter learns from her mother and takes this opportunity to get experience and valuable advice, which she subsequently uses in her own life.en
