| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématikou hemato-onkologických malignit, které představující širokou skupinu onemocnění postihující kostní dřeň a lymfatické uzliny. Cílem práce byla identifikace vhodného typu a koncentrace chemoterapie pro navazující experimenty s kombinovanou imunoterapií NK buňkami. Tato kombinace by mohla vést ke snížení užívaných dávek chemoterapie a tedy i k možnosti předcházení či snížení závažnosti nežádoucích účinků vyskytujících se při chemoterapii. V práci bylo pracováno s buněčnými liniemi, které reprezentovaly 2 onemocnění - akutní myeloidní leukémii a mnohočetný myelom. Tyto linie byly vystaveny účinkům cytrabinu, doxorubicinu, venetoclaxu a bortezomibu. Efekt jednotlivých látek byl sledován a následně analyzován na přístroji IncuCyte. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis deals with haemato-oncological malignancies that represent a wide range of diseases that affect bone marrow and lymph nodes. The aim of the study was to identify the appropriate type and concentration for follow-up experiments use in subsequent combination immunotherapy with NK cells. This combination could result in fewer chemotherapy doses and thus less risk of side effects. In this work it was worked with cell lines which represent the two cases - acute myeloid leukemia and multiple myeloma. These lines will be exposed to the action of cytarabine, doxorubicine, venetoclax and bortezomib. The effect of each substance was monitored and then analyzed on the IncuCyte machine. | en |
