dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá zneužíváním nikotinu zdravotnickým personálem. Teoretická část práce poskytuje všeobecné informace o tabáku, kouření tabákových produktů, o závislosti a léčbě závislosti na nikotinu a o onemocněních způsobených vlivem kouření a o vlivu pasivního kouření. V neposlední řadě se specializuje na kouření zdravotnického personálu. Praktická část zpracovává výsledky mého šetření, které bylo prováděno pomocí dotazníků. Výzkumné šetření probíhalo u zdravotnického personálu v interních a chirurgických oborech. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat abúzus nikotinu mezi zdravotnickými pracovníky. Výsledky průzkumu ukazují na situaci v oblasti zneužívání nikotinu zdravotnickým personálem na interních a chirurgických odděleních. Výsledky z těchto oddělení jsou vzájemně porovnávány. Dále hodnotí mezilidské vztahy mezi kuřáky/kuřačkami/ a nekuřáky/nekuřačkami.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This undergraduate thesis investigates the nicotine abuse within the medical personal. The theoretical part gives general account of the issues of tobacco, smoking tobacco products, caused addiction and the treatment of this addiction, of the tobacco caused illnesses and of the influence of passive smoking. Last but not least it focuses on smokers present amongst medical personal. Secondly, the practical part displays the results of my research based on questionnaires. The research has been executed in the ranks of medical personal of internal and surgery medicin. The thesis' aim was to chart the level of nicotine abuse among medical staff. The results show the current situation of nicotine abuse by medical personal of internal and surgical departments. Consequently, the gained results are compared with each other. There is also an evaluation of interpersonal relationships between smokers and nonsmokers.	en
