| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na sběr, statistické zpracování a následnou analýzu dat, získaných v rámci projektu BETERKA. Předmětem je výzkum metod bezkontaktního měření tělesné teploty ve snaze identifikovat osoby se zvýšenou tělesnou teplotou, představující potenciální zdravotní riziko. Teoretická část shrnuje základní poznatky z oblasti termoregulace živočichů, patofyziologie horečky a možnosti jejího farmakologického i nefarmakologického ovlivnění, dále se věnuje problematice infekčních onemocnění a ve stručnosti hovoří o nejčastějších patogenech, které tato onemocnění vyvolávají. Pro praktickou část této práce byla zvolena kvantitativní metoda výzkumu, kdy byly naměřené hodnoty převedeny do tabulek a grafů a následně interpretovány. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This Bachelor thesis is focused on the collection, statistical processing and subsequent analysis of data, obtained as part of the BETERKA project. The subject is research into methods of contactless measurement of body temperature in an effort to identify people with elevated body temperature, posing a potential health risk. The theoretical part summarizes the basic knowledge in the field of animal thermoregulation, pathophysiology of fever and the possibilities of its pharmacological and non-pharmacological influence, further addresses the issue of infectious diseases and speaks briefly about the most common pathogens that cause these diseases. A quantitative method of research was chosen for the practical part of this work, where measured values were translated into tables and graphs and subsequently interpreted. | en |
