dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na firemní kulturu, firemní benefity a motivaci zaměstnanců. V teoretické části jsou obecně popsány pojmy jako firemní kultura, firemní benefity, motivace a výkonnost podniku. V praktické části je popsána firemní kultura a motivace zaměstnanců ve společnosti Daikin Industries Czech Republic s.r.o. Cílem práce je zjištění pomocí dotazníkového šetření, zda je nutno zavedenou firemní kulturu a firemní benefity ve společnosti upravit pro větší spokojenost a loajalitu zaměstnanců. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny návrhy na doplnění firemních benefitů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis is focused on corporate culture, company benefits and employee motivation. In the theoretical part there generally descri-bed in terms such as corporate culture, company benefits, moti-vation and business performance. Practical part describes the corporate culture and employee motivation in the company Daikin Industries Czech Republic s r.o. The aim of this thesis is to deter-mine necessity for change of an established corporate culture and company benefits for greater employee satisfaction and employee loyalty by using questionnaire. In conclusion, there are suggestions to complement the company benefits.en
