dc.description.abstractBakalářskou práci jsem zpracovala formou ošetřovatelského procesu podle Marjory Gordonové. Vybrala jsem pacienta v chronickém dialyzačním programu, u kterého se musí dodržovat pro MRSA pozitivitu bariérový ošetřovatelský režim. Práci jsem rozdělila do části teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je popisováno chronické selhání ledvin, dále náhrada funkce ledvin, péče o dialyzovaného pacienta. V dalších kapitolách je zmíněna problematika nozokomiálních nákaz, jejich šíření, dělení, původci. Důležitá část je věnována Methicilin rezistentnímu Staphylococcu aureu a bariérovému způsobu ošetřování. Praktická část je zaměřena na kazuistiku pacienta s MRSA a ošetřovatelský proces u něj. Součástí jsou edukační plány. Své poznatky jsem zhodnotila a shrnula v diskuzi.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn this Bachelor's thesis I applied the functional model of Marjory Gordon. The patient I selected to write about is in chronic dialysis program and due to MRSA positivity the care of this patient must involve barrier nursing procedures. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes chronic renal failure as well as renal replacement therapy, and nursing care of dialysis patient. Other chapters deal with the problems of nosocomial infections, their distribution, division and originators. A significant part is devoted to Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and barrier nursing techniques and procedures. The practical part of this thesis is focused on the case study and nursing care of a patient with MRSA. It also includes patient education plans. My findings are evaluated and summarized in the discussion section of the thesis.en
