dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se věnuje návrhu novostavby autosalonu s autoservisem v rozsahu dokumentace pro stavební povolení. Jedná se o dvoupodlažní objekt nepravidelného tvaru s příjezdovou rampou. K objektu náleží i venkovní sklad obdélníkového tvaru. Součástí práce je statický návrh nosné konstrukce, tepelně technické posouzení, požárně bezpečnostní řešení stavby a rozšiřující téma zabývající se nakládáním se stavebním, demoličním a nebezpečným odpadem. Statický návrh konstrukce byl zpracován v programu FIN EC a GEO5 2024 CS. Tepelně technické posouzení skladeb bylo zhodnoceno v programu TEPLO 2017. Výkresová část byla vypracována v programu AutoCAD 2021 a textová část bakalářské práce v programu Microsoft Office.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor's thesis focuses on the design new building of the showroom with a auto service, including the documentation required for a building permit. It is a two-story building of irregular shape with an access ramp. The property also includes an outdoor rectangular storage facility. The thesis comprises the structural design of the load-bearing structure, thermal-technical assessment, fire safety solutions for the building, and an extended topic addressing the management of construction, demolition and hazardous waste. The structural design was created using FIN EC and GEO5 2024 CS software. The thermal-technical assessment of the structures was evaluated using TEPLO 2017 software. The drawing section was developed in AutoCAD 2021, and the text portion of the bachelor's thesis was prepared using Microsoft Office.en
