Abstract
Článek se zabývá popisem spojení požární ochrany v nejširším slova smyslu a oblasti kominictví, a to zejména z hlediska legislativní úpravy. Rovněž pozitivně reaguje na nejnovější judikaturu v dané oblasti a souhlasně komentuje článek JUDr. Karla Havlíčka "Z judikatury pro topenářskou a instalatérskou praxi, Nekonečný příběh? Anbe kauza revize spalinových cest".
The article deals with the description of fire protection connections in the broadest sense and the field of chimney sweeping, especially from the perspective of legislative regulation. It also positively responds to the latest case law in the given area and concisely comments on the article by JUDr. Karel Havlíček, "From Case Law for Heating and Plumbing Practice, The Endless Story? Another case for the revision of flue routes."
