| dc.description.abstract | Tématem práce jsou genderové kvóty analyzované z pohledu vybraných feministických proudů. Analýza bude probíhat v rovině politické, na vzorku dvou evropských států, Švédska a Maďarska. V rámci výzkumu se zaměříme na teoretické feministické přístupy, které nám v práci pomohou odůvodnit úspěšnou či neúspěšnou snahu o zvýšení počtu žen v politických institucích. | cs |
